Yoga takes place indoors or outdoors in the elegant surroundings of Villa il Cardinale.

The early morning practice aims to gently open body and mind through breath and short meditation sessions to the new day.

After a sumptuous breakfast there is time to explore the vicinities, taking a walk up the hill or a swim in our swimming pool. 


A second more dynamic morning practice follows. The afternoon includes a final yoga practice until early evening, after a further


break taken in the garden or in the surrounding green areas.

The yoga room is on the ground floor with vaulted ceiling near the spacious sitting room and large kitchen.


All meals are taken at the villa and they include local vegetarian produce that can be enjoyed in the garden or in the main house.
